The Project Brief tool generates its text summary locally in your browser and does not automatically submit the form contents to the server. Information leaves your device only if you choose to copy and send it through WeChat or another communication channel.

1. Information we may receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name or company name, phone number, email address, issue description, screenshots, system versions, topology summaries, device models, logs and other information needed to assess the request.

2. Purpose of use

Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess technical issues, prepare service scope and quotations, perform agreed work, retain delivery records and improve service quality.

3. Remote-access and technical information

Remote access is used only after the customer confirms the method and scope. Do not send passwords or unrestricted administrator credentials through ordinary messages. Temporary accounts and least-privilege access are recommended.

4. Data and account security

Technical materials are limited to the agreed service purpose. Customer IP addresses, internal domains, accounts, phone numbers and device identifiers should be minimized or masked whenever possible.

5. Contact and deletion requests

You may contact us to correct or delete information that is no longer required, subject to legal, accounting, security and delivery-record obligations.
