Engagement Models

Define the issue, scope and required outcome before choosing the engagement model

The same symptom can require different work depending on the environment, risk and business impact.

1

Remote assessment and troubleshooting

Suitable when logs, configuration and screen sharing are available. We identify the affected path, collect evidence and propose controlled next steps.

2

Scheduled on-site troubleshooting

Suitable for physical equipment, cabling, multi-subnet changes, production cutovers, recovery drills or environments that cannot be accessed remotely.

3

Targeted remediation project

Suitable for repeated incidents, permission cleanup, policy redesign, backup improvement, storage restructuring or branch-connectivity remediation.

4

Planning and delivery documentation

Suitable for migrations, infrastructure upgrades and handover. Deliverables can include baselines, designs, implementation plans, test evidence, acceptance and rollback.

5

Ongoing maintenance advisory

Suitable for teams that need periodic reviews, technical records, change guidance and escalation support without a generic unlimited outsourcing promise.

Quotation

Scope-based quotation

Pricing is confirmed after the environment, affected scope, business risk, maintenance window and required deliverables are understood.

How scope and pricing are determined

Scope and pricing are based on the affected systems, access conditions, business risk, backup status, maintenance window, on-site requirements and required deliverables. A remote review and a production change project are therefore scoped differently.
